Pros

  • The Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader takes eBook files and changes them to a format that allows the reader to read the book in a traditional manner. Many people do not read eBooks because they cannot get their usual reading experience.
  • The Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader allows you to read books with your mouse or fingertip. You can flip through the book if you are on a tablet or phone. You can click through the book if you are reading on your personal computer.
  • The program can convert your files to the proper format. When you attempt to open improper file extensions, the program will ask you if you want to convert the file so you can read it.

Cons

  • The Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader is not able to open every file extension you have. The program may not be able to open your files or convert them. You must be prepared to convert the files somewhere else before you read them with the eReader.
  • You cannot read certain books with the Reader. You must remember that books printed in the landscape style are not always easy for the program to convert.
  • This Reader does not take the place of your traditional Reader for PDF file extensions.

The Adobe Acrobat eBook Reader is a program that presents your eBook files in a format that is easy to read. Many people read eBooks they find online, but these people do not always have a program that is going to give them a true book to read. You can use this program for online reading through your desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.

Reading on your computer is made more functional with this program, but there are some books you cannot read with this Reader. Make sure you are using convertible file extensions before you download the Reader.
